Deliveries
Our delivery policy relates to deliveries within our delivery area. For any items that are to be shipped from our location, by another company, to
your location, shall fall under our Shipping Policies below.
Our Delivery Goals:
- To save you time and money
- To make it easier for you to purchase from us
- To make it easier for you to purchase most, if not all, of your material at one time
- To provide a service that brings our store right to you
Please note that there is almost always a fuel charge and a shipping charge added to every delivery that we make with one of our trucks. The customer
assumes all responsibility for any damages caused by trucks delivering beyond street pavement.
Special Orders
We can special order almost anything! We have ordered all kinds of materials for all kinds of needs for many customers over the years. We are
proud to be able to provide our customers with almost all of their needs.
Special Order Status
When checking on the status of your order, please remember that if the product is provided to us by Do It Best, the truck arrives every Tuesday at a
random time. The truck has to be unloaded, items received, paperwork finished and items made ready to be given to the customer, which may make your item
available for pick-up on Wednesday. Otherwise, please contact one of our salespersons at (620) 496-2222 during our normal business hours. You

Special Order Cancellation
Diebolt Lumber & Supply does not offer on-line order cancellation. To cancel on order, please call one of our salespersons at (620) 496-2222
during our normal business hours, during the same day of the order. Some cancellations may require a fee to be cancelled.
Shipping Policies
Diebolt Lumber & Supply does provide certain items that may need to be shipped by another company, such as: UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc. The shipping fees
are calculated using the weight and dimensions provided to us by the manufacturer and either calling the company or using their website. Any back ordered
items shall be shipped as if they were a seperate order and shipping charges would still be applied. We will contact you for instructions on a back ordered
item.
Returns
All merchandise accepted for credit will be subject to a handling charge and must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Soiled, damaged
or, at our discretion, unsaleable items will not be accepted for credit. If return of any item exceeds 10% of the purchase price of that item, a
10% restocking fee will be assessed to cover handling cost of that item. Merchandise shall be not returnable without a copy of your original invoice.

Disputes will be handled by our Management Team
Anything Sent To Us
By submitting any materials, of any kind, you are granting to us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use such materials in any way
we may choose.
